Massage should not be used as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. All clients should see a doctor for any mental or physical ailment they are aware of because therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and nothing said in the course of a session should be construed as such.

As massage is contraindicated (should not be done) under certain medical conditions (i.e.: illness, recent surgeries, skin disorders, etc.) clients must state all known medical conditions, and answer all questions honestly. Clients must agree to keep the therapist updated as to any changes in their medical history and understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist's part should client forget to do so.

People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed in a session. If a therapist deems that you are under the influence they have the right to refuse service

We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your therapist will remain confidential. We would also ask that you respect the rights of others by not asking about any of our other clients.
